VMware is sort of like Microsoft Virtual PC or Connectix Virtual PC. They emulate a PC on your desktop.

VMware workstation 4 from the makers site and then look for the serial on google. It's a lot smoother and faster than virtual PC. It doesn't waste any hard drive space either because the emulated hard drive uses dynamic partitions. It only gets as big as the installed software.

go to http://www.bootdisk.com and download the boot disk for it and it should work out fine.

Try Boot manager OS Selector ver 8 by Acronis.

You can also make or download small images to burn for a boot cd. :D
