hmm, I've seen Turkish people giving invites in some Turkish communities, in fact.
Besides, Turkey is not banned in what.cd currently. I'm hundred percent sure. So the list might be outdated.

I got one now. thread can be locked.

What.cd doesn't ban any countries from registering or using the tracker, only from obtaining an invite via the official IRC channel.

Anyway, I'll take your word for it and remove SCC from the list :)
