All my sub-folders in "My Documents" have disappeared.

I had sub-folders in "My Received Files" "Downloads" and heaps in "My Pictures", now they are all gone, all of them!

Has this happened to anyone else?

Nah! I asked him, he said he didn't exist, so how could he have done it ... I believe him.

i can't give any help that you don't already know, and i was j/k btw ...you knew that.

anyway, windows does treat stuff in your shared documents and owner's documents differently. try to delete my music or my pictures, lol. anyway, when upgrading, i usually move everything important out of there, because i've heard files with certain extensions like .doc or .xml or something get overwritten or something in there.

When did they disappear? Did you reinstall your Windows or something like that recently?

Sorry for the delay, been away.

Thinking about it, the last thing I did the night before was to defragment my HDD.
