There is, after you fail your login attempt a link for recovery will appear.

Arguti no recovery appear for me after login fail attempt :( do you guys know there irc ?

Edit : never mind you were right it does have a password recovery after login fails dont know why it was not comeing out befor but every thing is fine now was able to get back in :)

You either have your account deleted or you're typing the wrong username. I've tried it again at the time of this post and it is there.
