anybody heard news of what has happened over at newsrazor? Their website has been down for days cant access to cancel account no way to reach them

I looked them up at archive.org since the website is down for me as well. Try [email protected] or [email protected] since the email servers may still be working while the http server isn't.

There doesn't seem any other way to contact them at the moment.

If that doesn't work, call your credit card company and have them block the charges.
