Does anyone now if TD closed down their irc server or moved to some other one? (I know site and tracker are definitely closed, just want to hang with old members) Thank you

Eventually most of the general trackers which are not specialized in HD contents will be closed down.
That is sad but reality.

Everyone going to big screen tv as they are quite cheap but always going to be a need for other content, 0day sites always have there place.
