What's your favorite private tracker, and why?I try not to play favourites mostly because honestly none of them give a rat's ass about me and I don't like being the one doing all the work in a relationship. :)

Also I have trouble telling most of them apart so I assume there are Blacks involved.

I thought the trackers valued members that are contributing a lot. At least they seem to be rewarding people.

So a question for a question.By people "contributing a lot" who in the relationship stands the most to gain?

So "valued" like a farmer values the mule pulling his wagon. :)

It goes both ways you know. If you actually like a community and enjoy contributing, you'll see that it's a win-win situation for everyone. The staff gets a famous tracker and is more likely to develop it further, other members gets high quality content and may be inspired to contribute more themselves, and you'll be rewarded. The more you contribute, the more valuable you become, and the less likely you're to be banned - or am I wrong?

On the other hand one should never do anything purely in hope of being rewarded even though that's the basis of most known religions and all known trackers.

Basically I just use IPT and public trackers( for ebooks) now.
I mostly stream music ,record TV and (not joking) there are hardly movies being released that are worth watching once,let alone having a library of them.
For example last movie I donwloaded was Stardust which like, seems most everything else, I'd already seen.

Besides that I don't like the pretense (real or imagined) of a lot of the more exclusive trackers.Especially considering what and who is involved.:mellow:

The old NHLtorrents used to have a draw every week for the top uploaders. The winner received a tooth that fell to the ice during an NHL game. I wouldn't sell my Ty Domi molar for a million dollars.
I like IPT and sports trackers, also Russian ones like Pornolab and Rutracker, but I have fancy ones too.
ps There are good movies being made by guys like Paul Giamatti and Joseph Gordon Levitt. Serious anyway.

Any of the ratioless scene trackers. The faster the pretime the better--I'm shallow and entitled like that.

My favorite private tracker is tvtorrents. Not only for the download speed and the quality of the contents but also for the website, its calendar system and the per-user RSS system. They grows the user experience to the next level...

Mine was Torrent Leach, but then they closed my account (I'd been there since 2005 and always had a good ratio) and accused me of selling it. I think they are selling peoples account and earning a "little" extra that way!

Hey that's cool,those sites cover all your bases. I think BTN-What-PTP is all one needs(if you have a great connection, if not use a ratiofree tracker like FTN/GFT)

I am new to IPT but so far so good, I like their fun approach, lotteries etc. FreeLeech can still become HnRs.

Scenetime is OK, open registration to that's what drew me in, FreeLeech has no strings attached

BakaBT for anime. (not private but still track ratio. Fast DLs and reliable content.)

What's TSH? Found nCore's interface confusing tbh. GFT seems reasonable but since I've been using Ftn for quite some time now, I'm used to the layout and don't feel like shifting to another ratio-free site. But yes if pushed, I'll stick with the PTP-BTN-What trio. :P

i quit using gft several years ago when i realized i could max my connection out with ftn on every single file i have ever downloaded. Why would i use something of less quality when i do not have to. Overall i have never been disappointed in ftn so if that makes me leet than i guess i am.

:yup:Even if a file has only 1 seed, that particular seed is generally connectable and is a seedbox.

But afaik FTN is not very good at older releases

Those are found in ftn packs, like say, Star Wars is kinda old so you'll find that as a Star Wars movie pack. But yes singular older releases aren't found as much.(it's a scene site with packs similar to SCC except it's ratiofree,nothing like PTP/BTN if I understood you correctly)
