What sort of application are you interested in? Generally people only use dual PSUs in servers for redundancy. Folks have also rigged up secondary secondary PSUs just to add more power in certain applications, though.

Also, bitcoin machines with many vid cards (more than 4) will need dual PSUs. The problem you'll encounter is a case that can accommodate 2 PSUs. Then you'll need a special cable to connect both PSUs to act as one when powering up and down.
