good non-virus audio apps

Looking for a good place to get good audio apps like Pro Tools, Simian 2.0, Adobe Audition. I am starting out in radio and need to figure out which program I am going to use. I want to get a solid use out of it before I invest a large amount of money in any one program. Most of the time the DL I find are either fakes, virus's, password protected or other things. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Just have to wait 10/11 days for audionews to open, unless you have a friend that will invite to one or both places earlier.

Pro audio would be the better of the two IMO.
Mostly for the knowledge / help in their forums.
