You can also check Torrent which has specific Bollywood section but i would recommend IPT more than TD you will never get a invite to Desi Torrents , BWT or Ex Desi without donation ever they will never open up.If you want to get into any site by donation i would recommend Desi Torrents over other 2 since its a home site for DDR biggest bollywood releaser.

Are you on BSNL ? Only the website is blocked not the downloading of torrents you can access the sites by creating ssh tunnel.There is team ictv tracker but its not worth joining
