Password Recovery

Is anyone else having issues with the password recovery through email? I have come across a couple of members who have stated that once they submit the request... no email is received? :blink:

Any input would be appreciated!

Weve had to generate these rarely for the members on the site. Not sure if its not sending or dropped in spam folder perhaps...
