Vice City Mods

well after installing my geforce card, i installed vice city, then bout 5min of play i searched for cheat codes B) , b4 i knew it, there were all kinds of mods for them...so many to chose from...i found one site that had a submarine on it...anyone know of that???? also, any1 esle got any easy modding sites (im not looking to mod my own, just something that i can put in a folder, or install something that does it for me)

U have to install all mods on your own u don't just put them in folders has to be put in img and txd directory.

cant you just use this? i havent tried it yet, but it sounds good.
