Adobe Premier Help Needed

Hi,

I have to create a 2min trailer for my uni and am stuck with how to do 2 things. The two things in Adobe Premier am needing help with are:

1. Zooming in on a specific area: I have a map photo of the UK and I am wanting to zoom in on Glasgow but I cant seem to find out how to do this. I have tried the option zoom but it just zooms in on the whole photo...what am i missing.


2. Wanting 4 things on one screen: I am wanting to have a photo as my background and have 4 photos at each corner and a movie playing in the centre of the screen, how do I do this.
