Hello, ho do I new newsgroup headers?

example is this header.

bd-hdlg (1/202) "bd-hdlg.part001.rar" yEnc (1/530)

where do I enter those to find the thing im after. Any help will be much appreciated

Whatever you do, don't bother trying to learn with headers right away. Use NZBs. ;)
