Nope. He/She had the required number of posts back in October. The OP still has no stars as of this posting, even tho it says "Member". Isn't the no stars ranking still "N00b"? (There should be a sticky in Team Chat about rankings.)

I just checked, a member needs 20 posts for 1 star.

Well I'm confused. What's the requirement to be able to PM? I was in another part of the forum and was told that only special peeps could PM.
