Has ZXCV gone for good.. any one has some news about them, what happened?

Given the current atmosphere surrounding sharing of commerical (television and the like) content, we're uncomfortable with continuing this site any longer. They lasted four days over this but are gone for real this time.

This is sad, sad news... Is this the "real" end of it or is there any hope of a new site, just like when "thebox" died and "zxcv" took over the place?

And i take the opportunity to ask my fellow members where can i find a good tracker with british tv shows?
