When I can't find an ebook I go to http://7chan.org/fit/ (I generally look for books about sport performance etc.) So I wonder if is there any places that I can contact people and make request?

There's the Imperial Library on darknet, but you have to download the TOR browser to see it. 55,500 ebooks to download online.

How about on Usenet. Many of the books posted there were requests.
