Can U Create Your Own .cue Files?

Call of duty came as a zip
it contained no .cue or any images
I just unzipped it and ran the exe and it worked

but the zip is 800+ mb

how can I burn it on a CD?
Can I convert it to .cue files?

If so can I convert saaaay my all my mp3 as cue files
or photoshop files etc?

Maybe its a dumb question but I want to reinstall windows
but I don't want to lose all my dl games.

just compress your stuff with winrar and burn it to cd. as far as making .cue files, NO, cuz a .cue is just a reference for a .bin file to burn
