RECEIVING connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111 connection refused

I look forward to reading the articles normally i sign in and automatically get redirected to article page now i get the error message quoted in the title
(connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111 connection refused) and receive the same message if i click on the link
sadly i didn't bookmark the links to the free movies :>(

i hope this gets fixed and and can again get those articles and links to the movies and videos
