Hello, today began a mistake in my Easy Usenet Uploader:

440 Posting not allowed

Already uninstalled the software, changed Newsgroups, without results.

How do I solve this?

Thank you

Didn't say who your provider was? Some require you to contact them specifically if you want to post. Is your clients email field formatted properly?

Do you mean easyusenet the service provider?
or
easyusenet the software?

In either case, how big are the parts of the file you are attempting to upload?
and make sure you've put your username and password in ...

I contacted Giganews, however the answers were confusing, so I came here to know if anyone can help with some experience, if possible of course.

The fields are entered correctly. I checked everything. Everything OK.

Easy Usenet Uploader is the software.

Any idea what might be?

The parts of files that do upload are small. Never gave me trouble.

User name and password are correct also.

Can you give us some idea of what giganews said?
I understand it didn't make sense to you so you may get what they said wrong, but anything might help us to help you.

As its giganews, you have logged on to your giganews account and enabled posting haven't you?
They used to require you to do that and likely still do.
Posting is not enabled on new accounts by default I believe - you have to enable it in account management.

I can't help you but for the benefit of those that want to:

...today began...

Does this mean that you could upload before and now it is impossible?

The 4xx reply codes are pretty specific. PEBKAC lest OP comes back with what Giga said.

If you could upload just fine earlier but now you can't it means your posting privilege has been revoked, most likely because of copyright infringement complaints.

Back in the days gigashit blocked posting on my two accounts for the same reason.
Never post anything via giganews. They are in cahoots with DMCA mafia.

Some Usenet providers have a control panel where you can Turn it of and on and some you have to mail to turn it on or its not allowed.
