I haven't been a member there myself for quite a while, but from what I remember it was a general content tracker. The only thing it had going for it was the ratioless "thing", otherwise it was nothing special. As I recall, it was started by some disgruntled staff members from FunFile...

Unless I'm missing something about tracker rules and agreeing to follow them considering your previous activity on FST I'm rather dubious as to that being the entire truth.:)
