What is an MSI all in one?

A board with onboard graphics and sound?

Are there options in BIOS?

I believe that the Windows "Log on" and "Welcome" screens are still 16 bit graphics.
The rest of the Windows GUI is 32 bit.

Have you tried adjusting the refresh rate?

Correct there, thats why alot of the boot screen have to be carefully designed because they look like sh!t if not because of the 16 bit colors.

Sounds like you need to install the driver for teh onboard video...my computer runs really slow like that when i reinstall windows, on the first bootup, before the drivers have been installed...id recomend checking the msi website for new drivers or maybe they are on a cd that might have come with your motherboard?
