slow download

Hi I am on 4 Mbps download speed but when i try downloading files its ok in the morning for about an hour I get like at times 400KB/S then rest of the day its down to 0.1 KB/S I have left Utorrent running all day

I really cannot understand it as there appear to be lots uploading the file

Test with other bittorrent client .. example http://www.bittorrent.com/ or older utorrent ver' .

At the client below , some time notification display ... "Disk Cache Overloaded" , "Windows ran out of memory" .


Still it's doesn't work ? try reset your router/modem (open ports again after), or call to your Internet service provider .

Is this public or private tracker. Does your ISP have traffic management and are throttling your speeds.
