can i just make a copy of the game ffx
do i burn it onto a dvd + or -

Yes you could back it up but you'll need a modchip in order to play the game on your PS2. I don't think it matters what format you copy the game to.

best burning software: record now max or primo prassi(record now max supports more dvd burners then primo)

best blank dvd media to use: Verbatim DVD-R or Ritek DVD-R
