looking for Sickbeard How To please?

I'd recommend Sonarr over sickbeard because it's easier to set up and use.

yeah dont bother with Sickbeard. I recently switched to Sonarr and I wouldnt go back .

I dont know anything about Sonarr but SickBeard is excellent. This video will tell you how to setup Sab prior to Sickbeard. The following "episode" is the sickbeard setup.
