I'm horrified to find out that you really watched those matches. Personally, unlike you who prove to be a connoisseur of women's football, I had no patience to watch a single match. Life is too short to watch such a filth. It's not my fault that canadians have agreed to organize an unwatchable, unsaleable competition.

What a twit and I mean both you and that Swedish guy.

That fact of the matter is that the best women are actually pretty good if lacking the power of the best men.The real problem is because of sexists like that footballer with the little penis, the number of women playing and thus the facilities available to them are much less than the men. Therefore the talent pool is much smaller and some of the matches really one sided.

If you look at basically any sport, even those requiring real strength and speed , the top women are at least on par with the middling men.You just don't like to admit that because you're a homo, homo.

God's own truth which you can choose to believe or not.

Until I just looked it up to me "gribley" was nothing more than a nonsensical word comprised of more than four letters. So in the context of this forum if I failed to properly process said nonsense then after a couple of initial views then my brain backburnered it and does what it does to pretty much everyone here,it started identifying you in terms of your avatar. So instead of conspiracy you can file this one under "honest mistake".

To better explain my absentmindedness maybe think in terms of street signs.
When one becomes familiar with where they are they basically discount the signs and navigate by landmarks..

Hoi dion, mate.

I know how you like me to keep you informed on what's going on with the Women's World Cup so some thoughts now that I'm a certified expert on what we fans call the beatific game.

First, the best way to watch it is to record the whole matchstick and then play it back at 16x speed.Only pause it when you see people in the stands applauding or if there is a closeup of a hot chick.
This way you skip over the 88 minutes when nothing is happening and still get to see the important stuff like goals and fights and tits.

Second, I hate the Canadian Women's team.
Apparently their only skill is being big and getting in people's way including mostly that of their own teammates.I wish them a swift and painful defeat so next time the people in charge realize me need more immigrants on the squad if we are ever going to have any chance of success.

Lastly I'm hoping for France. Mostly because they have the most skill and panache and are neither Germany or the US.

I would hope for England but I am currently at war with them and don't want to seen as a traitor.

dion09529
06-23-2015, 07:58 PM
So you became a soccer boy expert. To be honest I wouldn't have expected that from you. I rather expect the canadian team to win the tournament :hooray:

IdolEyes787
06-23-2015, 08:21 PM
You wouldn't say that if you'd actually seen them play.I honestly believe that it's not simply a phrase but they actually do have shit for brains.

Unsurprisingly they play a style very similar to the US but lack the aggression in attack that let's the Americans compensate for what they give up in skill to a few other teams.

France and Germany are clearly the class of the field but unfortunately they are scheduled to face each other in their next game in the quarterfinals. The Americans would probably have a tougher time beating Germany as they are the bigger more physical team and so less vulnerable to the US's steamrolling.

IdolEyes787
06-27-2015, 10:52 PM
Dijon, your confounding game of football has betrayed me.

France lost to Germany, a team apparently comprised entirely of transsexual serial; killers, even though they did not give up even one "real" type goal.

This penalty shot horse shit is horse shit when you can be called for one simply because somebody misses making a good strike on net and inadvertently misfires it off your arm which as bad luck would have it is attached to your body.
Maybe in sense of fair play they should amend the rule to only include intentional hand balls or else take my suggestion and the governing body proceed kill themselves en masse.

Olivia the parrot predicts Japan to win Women´s World Cup

Japan will successfully defend their Women's World Cup title against United States in Vancouver on Sunday, after Olivia the parrot predicted on Friday.

In scenes reminiscent of Paul the Octopus at the men's FIFA World Cup in South Africa 2010, 10-year-old Olivia - a grey parrot - had little hesitation in selecting the Japanese flag over the American one at her home, the Nasu Animal Kingdom in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.

Paul the Octopus correctly predicted all of Germany's seven matches at the 2010 World Cup, and Olivia has also showed her prowess so far.

For Japan's semi-final against England, she twice selected the English flag before changing her mind and eventually landing on the Rising Sun much to the joy of the locals.

The match was England's for the taking, until a late own goal sent Japan through 2-1 and proving Olivia a psychic.

Geez.Fox TV has a two hour preamble to the US vs Japan Women's FIFA final.:ermm:

If the grating nationalism wan't bad enough they just did a feature on Megan Rappinoe where one minute in she gives the big revelation that's she's gay.

162030

Which probably surprised a lot of blind people who didn't know she is involved with women's sports.

Point being somebody being gay doesn't offend me but somehow everyone suddenly having to say how accepting they are of this is.

Doesn't accepting something kinda means that to you it's no big deal?

I accept the fact that the sky is blue so I don't have to go around screaming to everyone that the sky is blue and I'm fine with it being so.

The current gay "acceptance" trend is just people patting themselves on the back over something they should be doing as a matter of fact.

Defender Mudir Abdurabu Ali Al Radaei played in the game on June 11, which Yemen lost 1-0, despite being required to serve a one-match suspension.

FIFA has declared the match forfeited, awarding North Korea a 3-0 win and fining Yemen 6,000 Swiss Francs.

Albania handed Serbia win after CAS overturns UEFA ruling

The Court of Arbitration for Sport has awarded Albania a 3-0 victory over Serbia, partially upholding the country's appeal against a UEFA ruling made in the aftermath of an abandoned Euro 2016 qualifier.
October's Group I fixture in Belgrade took place against a fractious political backdrop, and was ended shortly before half-time when a drone carrying a flag featuring Albanian national symbols entered the Partizan Stadium and hovered over the pitch. Serbia defender Stefan Mitrovic tried to pull the flag down, sparking an angry reaction from the Albania players while fans invaded the pitch. UEFA ruled Albania had refused to resume the match and handed Serbia the 3-0 win, only to deduct the latter three points and order their next two home qualifiers to be played behind closed doors. However, CAS has found that there was insufficient evidence to suggest referee Martin Atkinson had "issued a clear, direct and unconditional order to the players to resume the match on the basis of a definite decision that safety had been assured."
Albania have therefore been given the walkover victory and, based on that decision, leaves them on 10 points - level with second-placed Denmark. CAS has upheld the deduction of three points from Serbia, which would leave them on minus two points after five matches.

UEFA's fine of €100,000 for each nation has also been upheld.

Barely exaggerating when I say he almost dies a half dozen times.Doesn't even show the best one where with 3.7 km to go he gets fucked up in a corner by a couple of traffic islands and almost t-bones a parked delivery truck.

In football the only time anyone almost dies is in the stands.

The 2018 preliminary round World Cup qualifier between Swaziland and Djibouti scheduled for Tuesday has been moved at least to either Wednesday or Thursday.
The Swazi Observer reports that the game has been postponed due to the inability of Djibouti's national team to arrive on time for the game.
Djibouti failed to secure their transit visas on time which saw them staying in Nairobi for the past two days.

Once more demonstrating that you seem to unintentionally live your life against the traffic.

I'm not yet quite bored enough to watch the whole thing but I assume the video cuts out after you run over some children and are nearly beaten to death by some irate soccer moms.

If you like to get more people to watch it on YouTube though I can maybe help.

Since I work as a publicist for Vin Diesel I obviously am an expert on tricking people into watching horrible, terrible, worthless shit.
Therefore I'd strongly suggest punching up the title into something more exciting like "Tits.Yes I Said Tits" or "One Man's Quest to be Wrong All of the Time Vs Zombies".
Just don't use The Last Witch Hunter because that's already taken I don't want to have to sue you.

Yes, cus my village is quite remote full of wild fauna as deers, hedgehogs, bears, badgers, wolfs, turtles and seagulls. To reach my village is imperative to own a 4x4 car because the roads are almost always under construction due to landslides.

I think if you look far enough back my family are British invaders.

As I understand it we were part of the Norman conquest thing, only went to Ireland rather than England.

That's an interesting concept now I think about it. the British empire was actually created by the French, having overthrown the indigenous Saxons originally.

My folk just went to Ireland at the same time, enjoyed the craic and got pished.

So not much has changed if I'm honest.

Kuwait's World Cup qualifier with Myanmar postponed

FIFA has postponed Kuwait's next World Cup qualifying match because their federation is suspended from international football for government interference.

Kuwait were to play at Myanmar in neutral Bangkok, Thailand, on Tuesday in an Asian qualifying group.

FIFA said that, taking into account the suspension, the match "cannot take place."

The ban was imposed last month after the FIFA Executive Committee -- including Kuwaiti royal Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah -- set Kuwait a deadline to change its sports law. The IOC also suspended Kuwait.

It is unclear when the postponed match can be played. Kuwait already have two qualifiers scheduled in March when the current group phase ends.

Kuwait are second behind South Korea in Group G. Eight group winners and the four best runners-up advance to the next round.

More news about FIFA:

FIFA rejects Blatter and Platini appeals

FIFA's Appeal Committee has rejected the appeals lodged by Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini against the 90-day suspensions imposed by the Ethics Committee.

President Blatter and vice-president Platini were handed the provisional bans in early October over a "disloyal payment" made to the Frenchman in 2011.

Both deny any wrongdoing and appealed their cases with world football's governing body, but have been unsuccessful in overturning the sanctions.

A FIFA statement read: "The FIFA Appeal Committee has today rejected in full the appeals lodged by Joseph S. Blatter and Michel Platini and confirmed in their entirety the respective decisions concerning provisional measures taken by the adjudicatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee.

Blatter lawyer: No evidence of ´improper motivation´ in Platini agreement

Sepp Blatter's lawyer Richard Cullen claims there is "no evidence of any improper motivation" in an agreement between FIFA and Michel Platini which resulted in the pair being banned from all football-related activities.

FIFA president Blatter and vice-president Platini were handed 90-day suspensions by the Ethics Commission in early October over a "disloyal payment" made to the Frenchman in 2011.

The pair deny any wrongdoing but had their appeals against the bans rejected by FIFA's Appeal Committee on Wednesday.

Blatter's lawyer revealed they will press forward with attempts to clear the outgoing president's name and claimed there is no evidence to support allegations of wrongdoing.

Notable since he attended the Senate only fourteen times in eleven years, resided in Mexico and when faced with expulsion he was given the option of resigning so my taxes could still provide him with his $50k a year pension.

Also for having chronic "bad health" he somehow has managed to live to at this writing , 91.

Do Romanians ever pay for anything? I pretty much picture a land where businesses steal from neighboring countries, people shoplift those items from the stores, then steal a car on the way home. And by 'home', I mean any building that someone happened to have vacated so they could go shoplifting. :idunno:

Actually it's other way around, currently their fertile land is being sucked up the corporations in the west at the grand scale. And this scam is not limited to Romania.

I'm a little late in responding to this, but if we want vampires, this is how we'll get vampires. :fear: One does not merely begin disturbing grounds in Romania...

Infantino elected to replace Blatter: How the FIFA scandal unfolded

Gianni Infantino was elected as the new FIFA president on Friday - the latest chapter in a tumultuous nine months for world football's governing body.

With a corruption scandal engulfing the organisation, Sepp Blatter announced his planned resignation before being banned from all football-related activities for eight years after allegations of a "disloyal payment" made to Michel Platini.

UEFA president Platini, previously a contender to replace Blatter in the top job at FIFA, was also banned for eight years - both suspensions were reduced to six years after an appeal this week - as the sport was shaken to its very core.

Here, we look at how events unfolded leading up to Friday's election victory for Infantino.

May 27: Swiss authorities arrest seven top FIFA officials, including vice-presidents Jeffrey Webb and Eugenio Figueredo, as part of a United States investigation into alleged widespread corruption throughout the organisation.

May 29: Despite the ensuing unrest from the raids, Blatter is re-elected as president for a fifth term after Prince Ali Bin al-Hussein withdraws ahead of the second round of voting.

June 1: US authorities claim FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke paid $10million in conjunction with ex-FIFA executive committee member Jack Warner in a trade for votes for South Africa's bid to host the 2010 World Cup.

June 2: Blatter announces his decision to resign, calling for elections to determine his successor – later confirmed for February 26, 2016.

June 3: Former FIFA executive and CONCACAF secretary general Chuck Blazer admits taking bribes for South Africa to host the World Cup in 2010. He is later handed a lifetime ban from all football-related activity.

July 20: Simon Brodkin, a British comedian, showers Blatter with fake money during a news conference.

July 24: Valcke announces his intention to resign as secretary general in February.

July 29: Platini announces his candidacy to replace the outgoing Blatter in the next elections.

August 7: An internal investigation into the corruption allegations is launched by FIFA.

September 9: Prince Ali announces he will run for the presidency.

September 25: Criminal proceedings are opened against Blatter by Swiss prosecutors in regard to an alleged "disloyal payment" made to Platini in 2011, though the pair deny any wrongdoing.

October 8: Blatter and Platini are handed provisional 90-day bans from all football-related activities.

October 9: The Swiss petitions the FIFA Appeals Committee in a bid to have his suspension annulled.

October 10: The UEFA chief follows suit and files his appeal, hoping to salvage his bid for presidency.

October 16: Blatter discloses details of a two million Swiss francs payment to Platini in 2011 for work carried out for FIFA, the reason behind their bans.

October 19: Platini admits a lack of a written contract for the payment in an interview with Le Monde, insisting it was instead "a gentleman's agreement".

October 28: In comments to Russian news agency TASS, Blatter blames the Frenchman for the scandal, claiming a "personal attack" and UEFA-led changes in the 2022 World Cup bidding process were at the root of the corruption allegations.

November 11: Outgoing president Blatter is admitted to hospital following stress-related issues.

November 12: The five candidates for February's presidential elections are confirmed by FIFA, with Platini and Liberia Football Association chairman Musa Bility not included - the latter after failing an integrity check. The candidates are Prince Ali, Jerome Champagne, Gianni Infantino, Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim al-Khalifa and Tokyo Sexwale.

November 18: Blatter and Platini's bans are upheld by the the FIFA Appeals Committee. The former's lawyer claims there is no evidence of "improper motivation" for the payment made to the Frenchman.

November 20: Platini files an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in a bid to overturn the decision so he can begin campaigning in the presidential race.

November 23: The adjudicatory chamber of the Independent Ethics Committee opens formal proceedings against the pair.

December 7: A BBC investigation links Blatter to a $100million bribery scandal, with sports marketing company ISL allegedly paying former FIFA officials Ricardo Teixeira and Joao Havelange for television and marketing rights in 1990s, asserting the Swiss had knowledge of the situation.

December 15: Blatter issues an open letter likening the Ethics Committee proceedings against him to "the Inquisition".

December 17: Blatter's lawyer states his belief the suspension should be lifted following a hearing with the Ethics Committee.

December 21: FIFA's Ethics Committee announces eight-year bans from all football-related activities for Blatter and Platini. The outgoing president confirms his decision to launch an appeal with FIFA Committee and CAS.

January 25: Sexwale is asked to explain his "low-profile" presidential campaign by the South African Football Association.

February 12: Valcke is banned from all football-related activity for 12 years.

February 15: Platini vows to clear his name at an appeal hearing. Blatter does the same three days later.

February 18: FIFA Ethics Committee calls for lifelong bans for former CONMEBOL vice-presidents Luis Bedoya and Sergio Jadue, who had earlier pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy and wire fraud conspiracy.

February 19: In an interview with The Times, Blatter insists Qatar did not buy the 2022 World Cup.

February 23: Prince Ali appeals to CAS to have Friday's elections suspended, after his request for transparent voting booths to be used was refused. CAS subsequently rejects the appeal.

February 24: FIFA dismisses appeals from Blatter and Platini against their suspensions from football-related activities, but reduces both bans from eight to six years. The Ethics Committee also opens proceedings against Bedoya and Jadue.

February 26: Gianni Infantino is elected the new president of FIFA after securing 115 votes in the second round of the election in Zurich, beating favourite Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim al-Khalifa to succeed Blatter in the top job. :yahoo:

On his maiden visit to Africa as FIFA President, Gianni Infantino was in South Sudan on Wednesday afternoon where he did commit to developing the game of football in the war torn state.
Infantino was speaking at the official inauguration of the South Sudan Football Association (SSFA) offices in the capital Juba.

"There is a lot of work to be done; it is not at the standard that it has to be. South Sudan is one of my key elements in my campaign and program to help develop football. We will come up with something concrete that people of South Sudan will be proud of"

Infantino who was quoted by Daily Nation, will also be the chief guest of at South Sudan’s Africa Cup of Nations Qualifier against Benin on Wednesday
Officials dressed Infantino in traditional robes and made him dance before later presenting him with a cake to celebrate his 46th birthday.

"It is a great pleasure for me to be here today in Juba. The first of many projects to come, for the development of football here in South Sudan" Infantino said after cutting a ribbon to mark its opening of the SSFA offices

He, also met with South Sudan President Salva Kiir, and did promise to develop football in a country left in ruins after decades of war.
His next stop will be Ethiopia on the invitation of the Ethiopian Football Federation on his first official international visit that started earlier this month in the United Kingdom.

Former Italy head coach Cesare Maldini dies aged 84

Former Italy head coach Cesare Maldini has passed away at the age of 84.

The father of AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini and a former Rossoneri defender himself, Maldini took charge of the Italian national team in 1996, leading the Azzurri to a quarter-final finish at the 1998 FIFA World Cup™.

As a player, Maldini gained 14 international caps with Italy and won four Italian Serie A titles and the 1963 European Cup with AC Milan, before bringing an end to his playing days at Torino in 1967.

Trieste-born Maldini then moved into management, becoming assistant coach at AC Milan, the club he captained as a player, before taking the reins as manager in 1972.

He guided the Azzurri to three consecutive UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship titles in 1992, 1994 and 1996.

Maldini also led Paraguay to the 2002 FIFA World Cup.

Goodbye dear Cesare. Today the world loses a great man and we lose a page of our history. You will be missed.
