I'm fairly familiar with my country, but am still learning alot about europe. I've had some swedish people brag to me about how they cook better than average, but tell the truth. Is it the Italians? Who?

After lastnight i'd say that i'm one British guy that can't cook anymore lol (I turned a pizza into something that looked more like a vinyl record as I forgot it was cooking until it had been in the oven for over 1 hour LOL)

I think you can count the brit's out anyway, as we're more into quick meal's than anything else I think :)

i didn't know you were british, your personal profile doesn't say any location. as for cooking, i think that america is mostly similar to what you just described, we like fast food, but in the south(below the state of tennessee) you can find some really really good cooks. so overall i guess we're about average, or ever-so-slightly below average.

I would not say that to the people from Kentucky.

believe it or not, and you probably won't - i was debating on how to phrase that(below the state of tennessee). i was gonna say "below the bible belt" then i was gonna name all the states individually, and include states like kentucky and arkansas because of the thing with them being in the "south" but not the "deep south" but in the end i said F*CK IT...oh well

I am eating different stuff - not whole the time the same things :)

in which european country there are the most best things to eat?
hmmm... I think there is no country in particular, there are some good
stuff partly from: poland, germany, france, great britain (uk), italian, spain,
... although I know some polish food I do not know hungarian, bulgarian
or foods in these easter european countries... but it should not be so bad...

another question: who close to you can prepare the best meals ;)?

I have to think about it - there are also some persons...

the swedish guy that i mentioned in the beggging of the thread he can cook good meals, sha're he works for a casino in las vegas as a cook. close to me, i assume u mean my family. my grandfather was the best cook i ever met, simply mind boggling how good he was. my grandmother and my mother are good too. I myself can cook some native louisiana foods, like flavored shrimp and jambalaya , things like that, and steak. steak is the best, if you can manage to keep it tender, i use rib eye steaks when i cook.
