can not recognise Torrent client - |Ó*Éý-Øcc₸±LŃ

I am using utorrent , I see all torrent client brands , bitTorrent ,utorrent , Vuze , but one I dont recognice is called '|Ó Éý-Øcc₸±LŃ' , is this some type of new torrent client ??

No idea! Have never seen it on a tracker so no point using as it won't be accepted I doubt

It could simply be someone changing the name their client reports to the tracker or a foreign language name translated to this by your client+os.
