Looking for 0sec MP3

I am looking for ftp access with 0sec or 0day MP3.
All genres/groups/languages must be allowed and (back)filled properly daily.
I had some sites where only half of daily releases where available, this is no good.
At least an archive of 15 days.
Budget around €20 - €25 monthly.
