What is good music player app for the Android ?

For video files, I'm using GPlayer Pro but this app can also run any audio files ( MKV, MP4, AVI, MOV, Ogg, FLAC, TS, M2TS, Wv and AAC).

I tried several and liked Vanilla Music the most.

Thank you dion, GPlayer seems like a good deal but I want a dedicated music player that has nothing to do with videos ;p

MXPlayer Pro is the best for audio and Video files

Hi :) "Good" is relative, of course. I was just looking for something that worked and was easy to use, and Vanilla was it. There were others with many more features (PlayerPro springs to mind), but they were more than I needed. The only thing that kept me from simply using the stock player was the inability to play a directory full of single tracks, instead of having to build a library.


MXPlayer Pro is the best for audio and Video files

MX Player is great for video, but its music player seemed too basic for me. And it had this annoying bug that paused playback for a second when locking the screen (but that may be hardware-specific).

I've been to Spotify all day! Any song is yours to keep on app. Its premium is cheap too.

MXPlayer Pro is definitly my favourite one! Never seen any better player on the Android platform!

I like MX Player for video, but for music its Poweramp.

jetAudio is not bad, but I use XBMC on my MINIX NEO U1.
