Hi guys
CAN any 1 tell me some really fast defragmentin software i cant wait for 10 hours for defragmentation of my drives My o.s is Win 98 I need a software, smething that really works , also a freeware and no sideeffects for Windows98

o&o is what I use, they have a free sample on the site, just google for it

lots of people say diskeeper is good, its has a automated defrag tool.

i personally use norton speed disk, doesnt take long and has excellent results.

Just type in "kick me to fosi" in Google search and you will end up at a site with a full working version of Diskeeper.

or go download norton system works 2003/2004 from suprnova.org, for speed disk

diskeeper is the best. so fast, and is pretty decent. makes allocating large over 2 gig files on bittorrent much faster after defraging

The Windows ME defragger works for 98 and is 10 times faster. :blink:

Dual boot win2k or XP with your 98 and use the NTFS defrag to defrag win98. Takes only minutes to defrag 10gig plus you have the added benefit of having an up to date alternate OS.

Dunno.

I get a Error 404 on that DL.
Several of the links appear to be swamped or broken ATM.
Keep trying, or just DL using K-Lite.
