Unrar?

Ran into some issues with a couple .nzb's. Sab shows complete but file is all rars with a .nfo. I use osx and don't know how to get to .mkv container. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Quickpar 2 to ensure integrity of files.
2. Unrar with latest version of Rar.

There are versions of these programs for Mac (Macpar and UnrarX)

My newsreader unrars automatically but I prefer 7zip
