I want to edit and remove or hide my personal information from PDF file from others. So, how do I remove metadata information...

Good question. I've always used a hex editor, but there's got to be a friendlier method...

If you have Adobe Reader select File > Properties which brings up the Document Properties window. This shows the most important metadata fields which you can delete by hand.

They all involve using Adobe Acrobat, though. Why isn't there a smaller program like Mp3tag for this task :ermm:
