Hi pple,
I need help in burning a 703 MB movie file (AVI) into a 700 Mb files, I use NERO also.
But dknow how to overburn.. pls help

just turn over burn on, it under preferences I believe

You must also select "Disc-At-Once" not "Track-At-Once" as the write-method.

thanks guys for ur replies I'm gonna try it
on Nero 5:
File->Preferences->Expert Features->Enable overburn....
then after that you HAVE TO burn in Disc-at-once (DAO) to have overburn

Is the file you want to burn 703 MB or 703,000 KB?
I ask this because movies are compressed to perfectly fit 700 MB CDs and because people usually get confused with file sizes.
If it's 703,000 KB then it will fit on a 700 MB CD because 703,000 KB = 686.5 MB and not 703 MB.

last i checked, some CDRs actually come with 703, no overburn required LOL
yea dude 703MB also fit in a 700mb....usually no overburn required...

The files is not 700300 KB, its 703Mb, thanks guys for ur replies..
how big of a file can u burn on a regular disk with overburn

it depends really on the disk you use, you can usually get about a extra 20mb
