Unable to download

I've been a member for awhile, today i've noticed that i'm unable to download any titles.
not sure if there is a problem with site or a new change has been recently done.

Please help

seems like you have to write in a forum or you wont be able to download. Every 3 weeks the download button disappear.

Please see 462350. Judging by the posts here and on other threads, it would seem postcount and account age restrictions have been enabled again. I'll update the stickies soon.

The nicest part is that staff are given zero advance warning of this :sleep:
