Gamespot Premium

Does anyone know how to get a Gamespot Premium membership (obviously without paying) or does any1 have one I could use to get a guide? OR if I gave sum1 a CD key for an account (that we could both use) anyways, PM me or post here if anyone knows how to get an account. Thnks.
