New Album Review Section In Musicworld

I posted this (http://klboard.ath.cx/index.php?showtopic=84491&view=findpost&p=696296) in the lounge and though it might be a somewhat good idea:


I wouldn't mind an "Album Reviews" section under Requests in the Forum section of MusicWorld, and required Album Title for the Topic Title and Artist for the Topic Description. Within the topic discuss nothing but that album and each user give a mini review.

Just thought this would be a good section to add to this newly changing forum we all love to hang out on.

Your thoughts?

regardless, I think mini reviews and/or different input from various members on new albums (and old albums of course) would be helpful to all the users and visitors to this page. after all we all seem to love music here

Fuck it, no poll, just add it. I'll write a few too. Maybe we could have an album of the week, and multiple people could review it? Either way, I think this is an idea that more people can help contribute too. :)

I think the only requirement for the review section is making the Album Title the Topic Title and the Artist the Topic Description.

I stopped because of that very reason. I would love to see your idea come to life, and I would love to have a place where we could post our reviews.

I don't see why anyone would be making a connection between an album review and buying an album?

That's what we have Kazaa, Bittorent, ect. for...

Anyhow I really like this idea. I wish someone would have told me not to waste my time downloading

if we had our reviews section, and you could read various users input, this would not have happened.

valuable bandwidth is wasted by downloading something we find ourselves deleting soon after listening to.

Remember there is not always a full album released to review, for example a new single or an e.p.

3. Could this section replace the verifieds, or just underneath them?
Anyone use that section anymore? :lol:

My little contribution to a specific suggestion:

1: A Poll
2: Music Reviews
3: Underneath the verifieds - they are still being used by the folks on Kazaa
