Chessmaster 9000 Text Problem

For some reason, the game Chessmaster 9000 for the PC doesnt show text correctly in Windows XP. Also, you cant even click the blank buttons.
I downloaded the 2 CD Images off Emule for the game, plus i successfully patched the game useing the latest patch.
I already tried Compatability with Windows 98/ME, 2000, NT.. none worked.
Also already fooled around with the No Theme, Text effects, etc stuff.

let me guess, you want to use it on yahoo....


i do it too, but i didn't d/l the images, i just got the .exe file, that extracted a bunch of crap to my computer, it works rather well actually

actually no
and i found putting the update file in the program dir (software is on H: drive) and running it worked.

thanks for reminding me about yahoo chess. hehehahaha

hmm...did you use deamon tools to open up the images?


....btw, what's up with this post icons thingys? they were alot better b4..i think.
