I tried but gave up at the third episode. This from someone who liked the Golden Compass...

Difficult to describe why I didn't gel with it - It felt too much like a BBC drama (BBC and HBO co-production) and the Gyptians in this did my head in. Felt like I was watching Eastenders...

I'll maybe give it a go again.
