View Full Version : Treasure Hunt !

Riddler
11-29-2003, 03:59 PM
Hey, folks ! It took a while but we did it. :D Ang & myself & one other conspirator (who must remain a mystery for now) have put together a Treasure Hunt. In case you didn't see the first one I posted, the rules are simple; Use the clues provided to navigate around in cyberspace until you find the treasure. It's a lot more fun if you don't take a shortcut to the last clue and figure it out from there....but that's your call I suppose. ;) Keep track of where each clue leads you by coming back here and sharing your results with the rest of the players....it's a team effort. :D
Here we go....good luck and have fun !

In the original recipe for Alphabet Flicks
For which fr600 supplied the main potion
A Monkeee's ingredient is your first clue ( hint.....it's Monkeee's 2nd reply )
To set this archaeological hunt in motion.

Three dubbyas and a com is what you'll need now
But what shall we stick in the middle ?
Underneath ? On the surface ? Where is it now ?
I won't Con you, it's not my best riddle.

I bet a refreshment right now would be nice
Something to go with o.j. or tonic perhaps ?
Here's an idea...why don't we visit
The land where they make it from scratch ?

Oh no ! They want to offer us all jobs !
But we just wanted a tour of the place
Well, we must decline and take the next offer in line
We've got a treasure to chase !

It looks like we've got quite a choice to make now
Where to go next, what country or state ?
Well, just click on the land that carries this flag.............http://www.piczonline.com/client/riddler/where.gif
I'll be waiting for you down there, mate.

Now, I'm thinking of a sport...so click it won't you ?
Hmm, they don't seem to offer it there
Well, let's bring down that menu and choose the land
That is home to that ' Proclaiming ' pair

We're almost home now...can't you just smell the fields ?
No, I guess you have to go OUTDOORS to do that
Now type here the sport where a bow that is long
Slings arrows across the hills and the flats

Did you remember to include the land of the loch
In your search for this sport of old ?
If you did not you'd miss out on lucky 13
And the last section of this riddled road.

You must see by now where you're journey will end
That's right ! It's one of our very own !
Go forth to his page and click a certain picture within
Now grab your trophy and show it off here at home !

No UKMan, but I think I'll give this a little push to get the ball rolling....the clue to the first website you have to visit is found in Movieworld. The original Movie Quiz A to Z ( it's probably about 4 or 5 pages back by now ) ;)
