I just installed Kazaa Lite to replace my old Kazaa. But when i try to register, it asks me for a user name. When i type my username, it then tells me that i didnt enter a valid e-mail adress and returns to me the username feild. When i then try to enter my e-mail address instead of my username (assuming that's what they're asking for) it tells me that my username contains invalid characters, like the @ in an e-mail address.

It may be a stupid question, but i'm stuck, what the hell should i type in the username field in the Kazaa Lite Options menu?????

you dont have to fill out anything. Just put [email protected] to fix the problem.

I tried that already many times, but i get the same reply as before. It tells me that my username contains invalid characters (the @ symbol in the fake e-mail address.)

How did you guys get around this problem??

What are some examples of what you guys have for username in the User's Details??

Uninstall Kazaa Lite and then install it again.

also if you had kmd then please do this:

save your shared files to a temp folder uninstall any version of kazaa you have, go to program files and delete any kazaa folder you see, go to c:drive>my shared folder delete that, delet your db folder, run adaware then install klite
