the graphics card is pretty weak, the hard drive is slow (hardly anyone uses 5400RPM hdd's any more), there isn't a monitor included (though you could use your current one), the ram is slow and the warranty is very short

the most important question is how much does it cost?

is it overclocked? the 2600 amd chips i don't believe have speeds that high... i would spend no more than 400 bucks on this system. it needs a lot of work.

2.1GHz is the right speed for a standard athlon 2600+ cpu :)

True enough, but they will run quite happily at 2.3GHz with decent memory.

And hey, it runs halo fine, which is mostly what I need it for, that and UT 2k3, and Age Of Conquerors.

I have the same card. I haven't play Halo yet, I was actually wondering if It would play it at a good resolution.
