Is PanicWare's new Popup Stopper crappy?

I just installed Panicware's Popup Stopper 3.1.1010 and it is not stopping all of the popups. The earlier versions were INSTANTLY stopping ALL popups. Very strict. They even offered a setting for more aggressive popup stopping.

This new version lets too many popups slide by. It sucks.

Does anyone know a better popup stopper, comparable to the older versions by Panicware?

P.S. This "ieSpell" checker for Internet Explore is great!
