how can i acess my bios on window xp

Your OS is irrelevant.
Reboot.
After Windows closes, hit delete and continue to hold it down.
Your BIOS screen should appear.

some BIOSes use F1 rather than delete to access the bios menu

f10 is setup, i tried del and it didn't work

ok ok ok ok i got it it was f10 i figured out the bios and i can disable the integrated graphics thanks for all your help guys
