If anyone could spare a TL.org invite or any other good general purpose tracker with a lot of users like this, I would be grateful.

If you create a thread in the report section mentioning this offer and posting your e-mail address (plus the speed test you mentioned as a formality), I'll invite you to IPT... only because you named ScT, FTN and FTWR :P Also, TL opens signups fairly often, so keep an eye on their homepage or the open trackers thread here.
