you dont need a cd key, get the update, then look for a crack and this "special" patch for it and you can play the game online...cor cd key you can put anything...if not [illegal link] search there gl

the only way you can play BF1942 online is with a valid cd key, i know it sux, but ive tried. keygens dont work (at least any ive tried) so the only hope would be to get a key that someone already has, and hope you're not playing at the same time they are. (the keygens work for single player tho :) ) but from what i understand, you can have the same key as someone else, but you cant be in the same game, but you can still play online, just play another room/game, get it?

Battlefield 1942 and Medal of honor: allied assault are completely different games... and you can play M.O.H online without a proper cd key
