Need For Speed Underground Error

I installed the game and it runs fine and all, but i will be upgrading my car or watchn a in game movie and it comes up with a screen that has a video error or something, can any one help me?

The best way is to know ur graphics card and pc specs for help, is the game compatible with ur card? Check the main ea games site.
