First off I can admit when I am wrong, muchspl2 you were right...

Well I have tested a torrent with Shareaza and Shadow at the same time and Shareaza was a little faster, 30K to 25K lets say. Well I was doing some tweaking on my router some more with the help of a link from Damnatory and decided to try the same test again. Shareaza was at 40K while Shadow was at 150K and up, point is that Shareaza BT clients still sux.

Try the lastest version 1.8.10.2 dont know if it will make a diffrence thou.

wat was the link Damnatory gave u? from 25 to 150 is a huge boost. i could use that

Basically, I had some issues with getting my router set up right. Also there was some talk back and forth if Shareaza or Shadow was better, well all things being equal, same torrent, same time and so forth, on my last test Shareaza was at 40KB/s while Shadow was at 150KB/s, Shareaza sux...

there are others who are leeching faster then me like 300-400k/sec with their badass cable connection...
^_^ but they are not good for torrents since only uploading 3k/sec or not at all if they can help it. Those people are the most stingy type and I swear they will not stick around for long if the torrent does not exceed 100k/sec while uploading nothing.

The reason most are slower for people like us is the reason above, their taking all the bandwidth to themselves...
