what the hell was the name of this movie? it was supposed to come out, but i never saw it get released? all i can say is that it was a movie about a submarine and it was getting attacked by a octopuss or giant squid. the trailer came out for this early this year i believe and then it was forgotten. was gonna be in the theatres too. anybody know wtf i'm talking about? thx!

Maybe it was a re-realease or release onto dvd of 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.

Sounds like what I heard about a "20,000 leauges under the sea" remake, don&#39;t think it ever got past the drawing board though.

sry for spam, anyway, one more thing. i do know that if this is the movie and it was a remake. i do know that it wasn&#39;t called "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea". i woulda remembered that. was called something else.

If they were planning a remake they most definately would have used it&#39;s original title to draw in those crowds, its a classic, so that can&#39;t be it :(
