How Do I Upload Music

Hello,I am new to all this and I dont have a clue how to upload any of my music.Could anyone explain it step by step so as I can understand how to do it. thanks Mac

Just share your folder with abundant mp3 files. In the traffic window don't check Disable sharing of files with others.

Anything you download is automatically shared.
If you want to share your own CDs, then you convert them to mp3 format and just put the resulting files into My Shared Folder. Then other people will be able to search for and download them off you. ;)
